Yesterday I crashed. Marisa was also home sick yesterday and today. Both days with a fever. Her coughing is not as much but I am having a hard time to keep her temp down with out meds. I knew it would be a tough morning yesterday when I woke up with major sinus pressure and my throat in lots of pain. When I went to do anything from walking to taking care of kids I felt so weak. I made it to nap time. Last night was horrid for me. By the time Travis got home from work I could barely lift my head from the couch. He was awesome. He sent me to bed and took over. He brought Bridget in to nurse a couple of times then it was morning.
Today has been much better for all the kids. Rebecca loved school today. She barely said good bye to me but was "push" me out the door. She was very happy to see me and gave me a big hug when I went back to pick her up. Bridget has been proud of her crawling today. She has roamed the house today. She was very proud of pulling herself to standing on the stairs. I noticed that she was not strong enough to climb the stairs but it will be here soon. Brayden has had fun terrorizing everyone. He has sat and laid on Bridget and dumped the seashells on her head. He then started to bug Marisa. Marisa wasn't handling having him around so she ended up getting in trouble for hitting her.
Bridget napped this morning so I got some cleaning done. I am still getting used to cleaning after 6 constantly. I can't wait until they are able to help a little with the cleaning. By this time of the week I get exhausted cleaning the same spots over and over again all week long. Why do kids need to just drop toys and walk away. Brayden has decided to only eat while walking around the house. It is driving my crazy!!! I don't allow it and usually send him back to the table. He has gotten good at sneaking it and talking dad into letting him walk around.
Well, nap time is over. Back to work.
