House is sold!
We sold our home in Kearney today. The papers were all signed this morning. We are happy that we no longer pay for two homes and look forward to finding a home to buy here. I am sure Travis and I will be celebrating with a beer (ok he will be drinking it, I will have something else) tonight.

I'm sure Travis will have no problem helping you out that way. In fact, since it's a celebration, who's counting anyway.
Congradulations. It sure was long in coming. I hope everything works out for you. You guys sure deserve it.
